Mr. Saunders will act as Architect throughout a project, from schematic design through construction.   Other staff required will be under the supervision of Mr. Saunders and brought to the attention of all individuals involved in the project.
RSS ARCHITECTURE,  P.C.  consults as necessary with mechanical, electrical, structural,  civil,  and  acoustical  engineers.   We also can  utilize a landscape architect.  We have several firms  throughout the Willamette Valley  commonly considered for consulting.  Final  consultation  selection and use is  contingent
upon input from the Client and our opinion as to need.

The modern transportation and communication  methods  of today allow  RSS ARCHITECTURE, P.C.  to serve a wide  geographic  area.  When  considering   offering services to a potential  Client,  Mr. Saunders takes into  account the location  of the work.  If  possible,  and  with  approval  of  the  Client,   RSS ARCHITECTURE, P.C.  is flexible enough  and mobile  enough to work on site,
no matter where the job is.  Once committed to a project,  Mr. Saunders  will    meet  the  Client’s  schedule   (within   reason, of  course),   be  on  location consistently,  and  spend  as much  time  as possible at the  project  site  to
provide complete and quality service!

RSS ARCHITECTURE,  P.C.,  carries a  $2,000,000  limit  Errors and Omissions insurance   policy    with    St.  Paul  Fire  and   Marine  Insurance   Company.  We also  maintain a General Business Liability insurance policy with State Farm Insurance Company including  automobile liability in the amount of  $1,000,000  and can provide certificates of insurance indicating such.
